I know that there's a long way to go in finding a resolution to the Grenfell Tower disaster but in terms of accountability, is someone going to go to jail for this? It just seems like everyone is pointing the finger at someone else and with rumours that the reported numbers of people affected are vastly inaccurate, does this mean that we can't trust the official inquiries that are supposedly underway?
